|Recommended: NoDuring my move-out, Ivy cleaners repeatedly entered my bedroom before I turned in my keys, despite me telling management multiple times not to. After catching them the first time, I informed Brandy that I wouldn't be fully moved out until July 17 and that no one should enter my room until then. She later denied our conversation and cleaners entered anyway. Management also allowed a new tenant to move into the vacant room without notifying us, even though our belongings were still in the apartment. On July 16, my roommate again found cleaners painting and cleaning my room until Madison stopped them. The next morning, before I turned in my keys, I found my locked room unlocked, my bed moved, and the walls freshly painted. After two years living here, I've experienced poor communication, broken promises, and disrespect for residents' property. I would not recommend this complex.

Residents were notified on multiple occasions, via email and text, regarding maintenance and cleaning staff entering units, including a June notice that unit turnover work would begin in vacated units, and a July 3rd community-wide email confirming that this process, along with new resident move-ins, was actively underway. Our team follows a standard protocol before entering any unit: we check that the space appears vacated, that bedroom doors are unlocked and open, and in this case, we had also received a direct call from another resident confirming the unit was vacant. Every one of those indicators pointed to the unit being ready for turnover. Based on that information, our team proceeded with the standard process used consistently across the community. We understand in hindsight that this didn't reflect the full picture, and we regret the confusion and frustration this caused.
